Real Wedding
I often start envisioning my wedding designs with colour. For Jacqueline and Jarret's vibrant wedding, I luckily had tons of colour to work with.
My goal was to bring a whimsical, juicy pop of life to the day through the flowers and their rich colours. We decided to play with the oranges, blues, and pinks in her bouquet, and then run wild with a fully colour blocked arch and aisle. The ceremony was intimate, with about 30 of their loved ones present, and took place in the family backyard.
We brought life into St Charles Country Club, with carefully planned florals and candles running the lengths of long tables, complimented by an explosion of colour in the centrepieces on the round tables. We didn't stop there, though -- 2 fireplaces with floral lining the mantles, a vibrant lounge for guests to hang out it, and a stellar floral and disco ball ceiling installation above the dance floor made sure that the wedding was colourful from start to finish.
